VHSL Training - NEW!
BOTH THE VHSL RULES CLINIC AND EXAM WILL BE TAKEN ONLINE THIS YEAR. The Link to the VHSL Online Rules Clinic and OnLine Exam Schedule can be found at http://www.vhsl.org/files/off-clinic-exam-sched-20110712.pdf. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WINDOW TO COMPLETE BOTH THE ONLINE CLINIC AND ONLINE EXAM FOR SOCCER WITHOUT INCURRING A LATE PENALTY FEE IS FEBRUARY 13TH THRU MARCH 12TH, 2012. There are fees to complete the online clinic or take the exam after March 12th.

USSF Training - NEW!
All USSF referees must re-certify for 2012 (except new referees who just took the new referee class). If you haven't recertified yet, your options are quickly becoming more limited. Check this site and the State Referee Website for the most up to date schedules.

Please go to the State Referee page and follow the instructions to register for 2012. Then you will be able to select your clinic (after 24-hour wait).

If you are a Grade 7 or above, including State Emeritus grades, there are no remaining recertification clinics for 2012.

Referee Profile in Arbiter - NEW!
Be sure to check your Arbiter profile to ensure that your contact information is up to date. Your Email and phone numbers are the primary means we have reaching you with vital communication from RSRA, or your referee partners. An accurate mailing address ensures that you get paid in a timely manner! Take a minute and verify that your information is accurate in Arbiter before the Spring 2012 season starts.

RSRA OFFICIALS WILL NOT ALLOW ANY MATCH FOR ANY AGE GROUP TO BE PLAYED WITHOUT PROPERLY SECURED GOALS. OFFICIALS ASSIGNED BY RSRA AFFILIATED ASSIGNORS WHO ARE FOUND TO HAVE VIOLATED THIS POLICY WILL NO LONGER BE ASSIGNED MATCHES BY RSRA ASSIGNORS.
