RSRA College Scholarships
RSRA annually awards scholarship awards to deserving seniors who are active members of the Rappahannock Soccer Referee Association. This scholarship is offered in memory of Dick Feierabend, a long-time RSRA member and USSF instructor. If you are an RSRA referee who will be a graduating senior in 2009, you can apply for the scholarship program. For more information on the scholarship, and a copy of the application form, download the file RSRA Youth Scholarship or go to the "forms" link on the left side of the Arbiter home page. You must contact your guidance counselor for assistance in completing the application. For further information on RSRA's scholarship program, please contact RSRA member-at-large, Frank Misemer.

VHSL Notes
ALL VHSL officials need to IMMEDIATELY check the VHSL board for an urgent message from the commissioner regarding assignments and the process of contacting your partners.

RSRA OFFICIALS WILL NOT ALLOW ANY MATCH FOR ANY AGE GROUP TO BE PLAYED WITHOUT PROPERLY SECURED GOALS. OFFICIALS ASSIGNED BY RSRA AFFILIATED ASSIGNORS WHO ARE FOUND TO HAVE VIOLATED THIS POLICY WILL NO LONGER BE ASSIGNED MATCHES BY RSRA ASSIGNORS.
