Fall Pre-Season Meeting - 2010 - NEW!
The final RSRA Fall Preseason meeting is Aug. 31 at the Marshall Center in Spotsylvania from 6:30 to 8:30. Valuable information will be passed for the upcoming season. Every referee in the association is required to attend one meeting. If you have not yet attended a preseason meeting and are unable to attend you need to contact your assignor as soon as possible (see the assignors tab to the left).

USSF Training - NEW!
Don't delay in recertifying for 2011! RSRA is sponsoring two recertification clinics in the coming months for Grades 8, 9, and 12. The first clinic will be held on Saturday, 4 September and the second will be held on Saturday 13 November. See the State Referee Website for more details on these and other clinics that are available throughout the State.

VHSL Rule Changes for 2010-2011 -
See the VHSL page for the most recent changes to the High School soccer rules. These rule changes take effect for the Fall 2010 season.

RSRA OFFICIALS WILL NOT ALLOW ANY MATCH FOR ANY AGE GROUP TO BE PLAYED WITHOUT PROPERLY SECURED GOALS. OFFICIALS ASSIGNED BY RSRA AFFILIATED ASSIGNORS WHO ARE FOUND TO HAVE VIOLATED THIS POLICY WILL NO LONGER BE ASSIGNED MATCHES BY RSRA ASSIGNORS.
